Just sold my first commissioned watercolor!  A wedding gift to  the young couple that were married under the St John's Bridge this August!  The purple -white flower is Stephanotis floribunda which represents "happiness in marriage."  The Cosmos represents "joy in love and life."  They gave me a very generous check for the watercolor and a copy of Falcons in the City!

Peregrine Palooza Sat. 9/14/13 was a huge success!  Kids and parents came, Bob Sallanger gave a great peregrine falcon recovery slide show and talk, I read Falcons in the City and Finnigan the live peregrine falcon was on gloved hand!!  Books sales ~ a whopping 14!!  Yes!!  That's me under the bald eagle, signing my book!
